Privacy statement

We guarantee that your personal data will be never sold, given to any third-party, and only processed by our database administrator. You have the right to view, change and delete your personal data wich is necessary for registration in our database.  You will never receive any spam, nor advertisments to your e-mail from us.  We only reserve the right to send you a maximum of two e-mails a month in our event newsletter. You can deactivate the newsletter option in "EDIT PROFILE" after registration.
We hate the spam too.

Party pictures

Every person shown on our pictures have given us a permission to publish the pictures.
However if you find yourself on a picture which you do not want to be published, contact us:

Profile:

Every BoooM user can add up to 3 own pictures to the profile. In order to keep up a good atmosphere and because of the possibilty of adding comments to the pictures we agree to publish only those pictures, on which you can be recognised. However as we care about your interests and passions we allow you to put other pictures provided that you will be on the first one (seen in the profile).
The pics we don't accept:
- illegal illustrations (violence, drugs, pornography and any other law-breaking material)
- pics of someone else than you (unless you are also on this picture)

As all of us hate SPAM please ensure that you do not abuse the chat, mail and comments for an unwanted commercial information and/or advertisments.

Comments:

We respect your opinon, but please remember that we do not agree to racism, discrimination due to anything, vulgarisms, and any other offensive statements at our site.

General rules:

Ignoring or repeated braking of the rules results in an irreversible removal of your profile without prior warning. This includes your mailbox, profile, pictures, contacts, comments and any other trace of your presence at our website.

Remeber that internet is not rules-free. All commonly accepted etiquette applies also to our site.
Just to remind you: every logging in is registered with your IP and so it allows to trace in case of any
criminal investigation.
We are allowed to, and we will help the law-enforcing institutions in their job.
Repeated ofenses, threats and any kind of illegal actions will be reported to an appropriate legal institution.
